The 49-seat black box-style theater has been fully renovated, and is now available for rental, accommodating short or longer term productions, acting and improv classes, auditions, readings, rehearsals, community meetings, film screenings and special events. In addition, the space is available for film, television and commercial shoots.

If you are looking to use the space for rehearsals, as a filming location, or other uses, please contact us and we'll send you a custom quote.
For theatrical productions, house personnel (stage manager, box office, production design, etc) are available for an additional fee.
For filming, a site rep is required and is available for a separate fee.
