- No smoking inside the building.
- All electronics must be reconnected and tested at the end of your booking.
- Do not move plants without assistance from the site representative.
- Please do not park in reserved spots.
- Overtime is charged, as we cannot guarantee extended availability of staff.
- You are responsible for removing all tape, ensuring ceiling tiles are replaced properly, and reconnecting equipment for office use by Monday morning.
- Filming beyond the office doors is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.
- If you require an earlier start time for loading, please book additional time in advance.
- Remember to include setup and pack-down time in your booking.
- Bookings are finalized 48–72 hours before the scheduled date and time. No changes are permitted after this deadline.
