This is a creative studio intended for photography, videography, podcasting, and small group sessions only.
No parties.
The space must be used only for the activities approved at booking.
Maximum occupancy: 30 guests
Please confirm your guest count in advance.
Noise & Respect
Music is allowed at a reasonable volume.
No amplified sound that disrupts neighboring tenants.
Time & Access
Your booking time includes setup and breakdown.
Early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.
Guests will receive a unique access code. Do not share this code outside your group.
Care of the Space
No standing on furniture.
Do not move large items without prior approval.
Report any damage or issues immediately.
Backdrops & Equipment
Paper seamless backdrops may be used; excessive damage or pulling will incur a replacement fee.
Guests are responsible for their own equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Food & Drink
NO FOOD NO DRINKS allowed other than water.
Clean up spills immediately.
No red wine, glitter, confetti, smoke, fog, or open flames
Decor & Alterations
No nails, screws, or permanent alterations.
No painting or adhesives that leave residue.
Smoking & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside the studio or building.
No illegal substances.
Trash & Cleanup
Return the space to its original condition.
Bag all trash and place it in designated bins.
Do not block hallways, elevators, or exits.
All guests must follow building policies.
Liability
The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Guests assume responsibility for their team and equipment during the booking.
