Stephanie Feury Studio Theatre is an intimate theatre in Hollywood’s Larchmont district, suitable for theatrical productions, staged readings, rehearsals, acting workshops, film screenings, auditions, private events, and photo or video shoots.
The theatre features a raised stage, professional theatrical lighting and sound equipment, and 36 fixed audience seats. Additional chairs can increase the total capacity to 50 guests.
Located upstairs in a historic 1920s building, the venue is close to local cafés and restaurants. Street parking can generally be found within one or two blocks.

• The space may only be used for the activity described and approved at the time of booking.
• Guests must remain within the agreed capacity and follow all fire and safety requirements.
• Booking time must include setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Overtime may be charged if the space is not vacated on time.
• Guests must leave the theatre in the condition in which it was found. Furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original positions.
• No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, glitter, confetti, open flames, candles, or pyrotechnics are permitted.
• Food and beverages must be approved in advance. Alcohol may only be served with prior approval and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, or permanently attached to the walls, stage, floors, curtains, or equipment. Any decorations or temporary installations must be approved in advance.
• Theatre lighting, sound equipment, costumes, props, and backstage areas may not be used without prior permission.
• Excessive noise, amplified music, or activity that disturbs neighboring businesses or residents is not permitted.
• Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning resulting from the event.
• The theatre is located upstairs in a 1920s building and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator, and the venue and restroom are not wheelchair accessible.
• Additional insurance or permits may be required for certain productions, filming, alcohol service, or higher-risk activities.
