Host rules

1. SMOKING & E-CIGARETTES
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event venue and within the building (including outdoor stairways, toilets, etc). Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking area. The use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited.

2. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL
NO alcohol above 5% alcohol volume is allowed in this venue unless approved by Ooga's management. Alcohol has to be consumed and disposed of strictly within the event venue and NOT anywhere else in the building.

3. INSENSITIVE BEHAVIORS
No excessively loud music, shouting, or rowdy behavior. Keep the entire event noises at acceptable party volumes, similar to that of an average karaoke room. All activities should be confined to the event space.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Any form of sexual activity, drug use or gambling is strictly prohibited.

5. DECORATIONS & CONFETTI
DO NOT USE any adhesive or nails that may damage surfaces or be difficult to remove. Instead, only use wall-safe tapes. Additional charges will apply for reinstatement.

NO CONFETTI is allowed in the venue and building. This includes but is not limited to Party poppers, Piñatas and Hand-thrown confetti.

6. DAMAGES
Damaged and/or loss of equipment will incur replacement/restoration fees charged to the security deposit.

7. VOMIT
In the case of any vomit within the venue, shared public spaces or corridors, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

8. ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS
No moving of electronics and electrical equipment (power plugs, air hockey table, arcade machine, fridge) unless prior approval was seeked.

9. PUNCTUALITY
Events should commence and conclude promptly at the times stipulated in the booking agreement. This includes catering services and clean-up.

10. EVENT CLEANING & INVENTORY
Ensure basic cleanliness after your event, including disposing of all trash in the provided garbage bags, double bagging, and tying them up. Move all furnitures back to its original position before vacating the venue.

Fantastic place and great host. Had a fabulous time there, while we hosted a corporate event here, the atmosphere gave a pleasant out-of-corporate vibe that assisted in elevating the stress of the team.
