Cancellation policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 24 months from the original date, at no cost.

Whether it’s for a small conference, seminar or training session, pitch or presentation, celebration or away-day, bring your colleagues to a truly impressive, heritage venue.

Our event and meeting spaces are on the top floor of Lloyd’s House overlooking Manchester Town Hall. The building has a fascinating history. Designed by the architectural practice of Speakman & Charlesworth in 1867, the site was originally for the Manchester Shipping Office and Packing Company Ltd. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
