About this space

The Butterwick Room is a private boardroom and dining room for up to 16, on the second floor of Kindred at Bradmore House, a Grade II listed Baroque building two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith tube. It is the most intimate space in the building, with original features from the 1700s, soaring ceilings, rich blue walls and plenty of natural light.

A centrepiece oval table seats 16 for a board meeting or a private dinner. Set apart from the rest of the house, the room offers real privacy without ever feeling removed, which makes it a natural choice for senior leadership meetings, client lunches, training sessions and small workshops.

A flatscreen with 4K HDMI and Apple TV for AirPlay screen sharing is built in, along with Wi-Fi, a flipchart and air conditioning. Audio and video conferencing is available on request.

By day, hire the room from £112 per hour, £402 for a half day or £670 for a full day, plus VAT, or choose a day delegate package. Packages include water, arrival and morning coffee, a working buffet lunch and an afternoon break, so your team can stay focused. For a larger off-site or away day, combine it with The Library and Salon Bar.

In the evening, the Butterwick Room becomes a private dining room for 16, with a £1,000 minimum spend. Choose an individually plated three-course dinner or a sharing feast, made with seasonal British ingredients and paired with organic wines from small family-run vineyards. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options are available. It suits landmark birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations where the guest list is small but the occasion isn’t!

- We do allow dogs on leads in the building, but please make sure they stay off the furniture and do not leave a mess behind.

Food, venue, service, attention to detail, the staff being so accommodating - fab

Toilets could maybe do with a service - upstairs ladies flush isn't working. A little air con in the private dining room as it gets quite hot with 12 people.
