About this space

Kindred is available for exclusive evening hire for up to 300 guests: a Grade II listed Baroque building in Hammersmith, two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith tube. Seated numbers depend on the layout, which we plan around your event. A full takeover gives you all three floors of Bradmore House, five distinctive spaces, three bars and a first-floor outdoor balcony.

On the first floor, The Hall seats 120 or holds 150 standing, with high arched windows, an open fireplace, a fully equipped stage and its own bar. Upstairs, The Library seats 45 among floor-to-ceiling books, the Salon Bar pours cocktails beneath deep red walls, and the Butterwick Room seats 16 around an oval table, with original features from the 1700s. On the ground floor, the Cellar and its terrace hold 130 between them, with French windows opening outside and heated parasols for colder months.

Use the spaces together for a company party or Christmas party that moves from floor to floor, a product launch, an awards night or a wedding reception, with dinner in The Hall, cocktails in the Salon Bar and dancing late into the night. The Hall has hosted brands including Chanel, Adobe and Disney.

Our in-house team runs the food, drink and the event on the night, with seasonal British menus, organic wines from small family-run vineyards and vegan, gluten-free and halal options. Events bringing their own production can also book the whole building dry, priced separately. Catered exclusive hire runs from 6pm to 11pm, from a £6,000 hire fee and a £6,250 minimum spend, both inc. VAT.

The Hall has an Epson 4K projector, a DMX lighting rig, a Yamaha digital mixing desk, microphones and CDJs, with modern AV in every room. Extensions to midnight or 2am are available. A lift serves every floor, there’s a supplier loading bay, and our team takes care of everything, so you and your guests simply show up and enjoy.

- No food or drink from outside to be brought into Kindred, without prior agreement.
- Any alcohol brought into the building without prior agreement will be subject to a corkage fee.
- We unfortunately do not allow 18th and 21st birthday parties at Kindred.
- No smoking in the building. There are designated smoking areas for guests outside.
- We do allow dogs on leads in the building, but please make sure they stay off the furniture and do not leave a mess behind.
