the room was lovely staff very friendly and attentive during booking, for the value i think is an amazing offer and cant fault service during booking. would use again and do recommend other to do so.
the fire alarm that happened we weren't warned of as was a test however went on for a very long time, we were not in the room that we booked but the room wasn't still nice. Sarah was fabulous and very accommodating as I asked if they would store my small case after meeting for a couple of hours while w continued our tour of London however after the meeting i did not see Sara and the other members of staff were very dismissive of me when I went to ask them to store and made clear this wan an inconvenience , caught me off-guard as complete opposite to how they had been during booking. I am still waiting for the room invoice to be sent across when you can please too.

Perfect location for a meeting that has attendees arriving into KX. The room and the screen worked great.
We were not made aware before the booking that because it is part of the station, that train announcements would be a common interruption to the meeting.
