About this space
30 Euston Square has a choice of 18 contemporary ground floor meeting rooms which offer excellent access facilities and meet a range of requirements.
Available in a number of layouts options, from an interview of 2 to boardroom of 20, training for 50 or seminar for 80, these adaptable and modern spaces can be hired individually or to support larger events. Rooms are equipped with integrated AV and natural daylight whilst being conveniently located only minute from Euston and Kings Cross stations.

Package per person
Room hire for main meeting room from 8am – 5pm
3 x organic tea, triple certified coffee, breakfast pastries on arrival, fresh fruit mid morning and homemade biscuits, mid afternoon, sandwich and finger buffet lunch with crisps, fruit bowl, organic tea and triple certified coffee, 30 Euston Square filtered water throughout and stationery, built-in AV/PA equipment (as standard), white board and conference phone, WiFi access for organisers and delegates
Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:
- 90+ days prior to the event Fee payable is 25% of total hire cost
- 60 - 89 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
- 30 - 59 days prior to the event Fee payable is 75% of total hire cost
- Less than 30 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
