We hosted our engagement party at The Basement Bar and we had the most amazing evening. The staff were incredible from the beginning to the end. They kept in contact with us to pre-order any food or drinks, we also visited the venue a few days before our event just to double check everything. When trying to find our venue, The Basement Bar stood out to us the most as there was so much flexibility for us to be able to decorate the venue to however we liked it, the private area is so spacious, there’s aircon for when it got a little too hot, we were able to have our own music playing and dimmed the lights to how we liked and there’s a disco ball which makes it more fun! The bar staff were amazing and made it such a special evening. I actually can’t fault the venue or staff in anyway. Thank you so much again for the most memorable night!

Great clear communication made the whole booking process nice and easy. On the night, the staff were really nice, helpful and attentive and helped made the night all the more special.
The only negative was a lack of “private event” signage, which meant there were a lot of people innocently making their way down thinking it was open to all. An easy fix though.
