About this space

The Studio at Espera Studio is a space for retro lovers. Its rustic cottage interiors and vintage props allow for creative wedding shoots, vintage fashion shoots, product photography, and more.

565 sq ft split level studio/location with high ceilings, brick walls and great selection pf props providing lots of daylight throughout the whole day coming through industrial bay windows and skylights (that can be blacked out if needed).

Studio is equipped with variety of vintage and industrial props, all come included in the hire price.

Creative space for creative people offering affordable rates and flexible working hours. Please feel free to enquire about lighting & camera equipment we have available for hire on site.

Are there plugs onsite?

Yes, there are plenty of plugs, and you can bring an extension, although extensions are also available onsite. Plugs are available in both the shooting area and upstairs on the mezzanine floor.

Is the studio arranged as shown in its photos, or must guests set it up?

The studio is set up roughly as shown in its photos, but guests are welcome to move props around and arrange them however they like.

Can seamless paper backdrops be used at the venue?

Yes, seamless paper backdrops are available to use, with a very good colour selection. The venue team can help hang the chosen colours on arrival so they can be rolled down during the shoot.

Are neighbouring offices likely to create internal noise?

No, neighbouring offices are usually very quiet and are normally inaudible.
