Host rules
*Any breakages or damage to the location/equipment, must be reported at the end of your booking. Breakages or damage to location/furnishings will be charged to the client, and will not be covered by Espero Studio. The person booking is responsible the full cost of any damages.
*No smoking
*shooting anywhere outside the studio (ie corridor, staircase outside the building, anywhere outside the building
and in the car park area) is strictly forbidden.

About Espero Studio
Located in the heart of Brick Lane ,within Congestion Free Zone,with easy access from Liverpool Street and Aldgate East Station, our unique photography and filming venue is ideal space for creative shoots.
We are located inside £20 a day car park and you can park right in front of the staircase that leads to our entrance.
