Everything. The staff were absolutely 100/10 fantastic. It was a surprise birthday party for my mum and it went so smoothly. The canapés were yummy, the drinks options were great. They had microphones for speeches and a to screen to play videos. The staff were always on hand to help and it was the most perfect evening.
I would use the venue again in a heartbeat but I’d go directly to them rather than through tagvenue who at best were unresponsive.

We recently hosted a 50th birthday celebration here and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The venue itself was perfect for the occasion, but what really made the night special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism made the whole evening completely stress-free. We had an amazing time and couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough for a special celebration.

The venue and the evening itself were great, but its been several weeks since the event and they haven't settled a refund they said they would process. They are now no longer responding to my emails and it seems very unprofessional.

Very poor communication
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this venue. Having originally responded for our original date (a Saturday) and saying the venue was available, communication completely dropped off and they were unreachable, so I went into the venue to speak with the AGM - where I was told our date was no longer available. We were then told the day before, Friday, was available, so we decided to proceed.
I finally heard back after a phone call & requesting to move communication to email, to then be told our original date was actually available, but we decided to still proceed with the Friday. I paid a deposit, sent confirmation of my payment but didn’t hear anything back.
Just over 2 weeks prior to our event I followed up with some questions, but was then told that there has been some sort of error with their booking system and that our date had been double booked and they could no longer host us.
Whilst the host tried to offer several different options, such as moving the date to the following day, we’d already had guests arrange travel from outside of London.
They were apologetic about the situation and tried to reconcile with other options, but the situation combined with lack of communication left us feeling uncomfortable to proceed with their team and having to find a new venue with only 2 weeks to spare.
