Hire Fee: £3,500 + VAT Included in the hire fee: • Fully dressed stretch tent with seating, lighting, bunting and shelter whatever the weather • Signage and roped entrance to clearly mark your event space • Dedicated event manager to support you before and during the evening • On site security • PA system and iPad with playlists (Please note: volume levels are managed in line with Portman Square regulations) FOOD & DRINK PACKAGES: Make your event seamless with our all inclusive catering packages, designed to keep your guests well fed and refreshed throughout the evening. Both packages include a main meal from our on site street food vendors, a selection of nibbles, and drinks served from your own private bar within the stretch tent. Each package also includes branded elements to personalise your event, including wristbands with your logo, food vouchers and signage at the entrance to your space.
