Host rules

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. Extra time billed in 15-min increments at 1.5× hourly rate. By booking, you confirm all guests are aware they may be recorded and consent, and that the host may use footage for promotion. By booking, you consent to storage and temporary processing of your data. CCTV operates in common areas (not bathrooms). Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Cats live on premises (kept out of recording room); avoid booking if allergic. Content must be downloaded within 7 days. No illegal, dangerous, defamatory, AI-training, or harmful content. Guests must leave studio in original condition. Host provides no support on "how to download files" or "how to edit". ID may be requested; booking may be cancelled if not provided. Host liability limited to session fee for technical failures. Loud activities and additional guests must be pre-approved. No food or open drinks near equipment unless agreed. No vaping or illegal drugs. Rude or unsafe behaviour may result in session termination without refund; host may eject individuals or contact authorities. Renter responsible for all guests, conduct, damage, insurance, third-party content legality, and backups. Host may retain raw files for operational reasons; not obliged to store or back up files. Session times fixed; late arrivals do not extend time. Studio in private apartment; respect building rules. Two cameras included; extra available (paid). Footage is shared via Google Drive or WeTransfer; the host is not liable for any leaks or unauthorized access.. No external equipment. Large crews or disruptive activities require approval. Add-ons are non-refundable. Guests must follow host/building instructions in emergencies. Host may discard content deemed derogatory or illegal. Recordings not guaranteed error-free.
