By booking the Persistent Sounds Studios, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions.
If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions, your recording session will be terminated
immediately with no refund.
● 24 Hour CCTV Monitoring and Security
● You must be 20+ to enter the Studio
● The person who placed the booking is required to bring an in date and valid Physical I.D (Passport/Driving License only). Your guests are also required to bring an in date and valid Physical I.D (Passport/Driving License only). Everyone's I.D. will be logged onto our system for safety protection and security
● Maximum Studio Capacity: 5 PERSONS
● 48 Hour notice to book a Sound Engineer online. For 24 Hour notice, DM us on Instagram (@Persistentsounds) 24 Hour notice does not guarantee an engineers availability
● The person who placed the booking is responsible to pay any fines or costs for any damages or breakages made during your booking within in the studio
● No Smoking or Vaping inside studio except for on the balcony with balcony door closed
● Alcohol is permitted but please do so responsibly

Failure to comply with Terms and Conditions would result in the immediate termination of your booking If any items in the studio have been excessively damaged or stolen as a consequence of your actions, you will be required to pay a FINE depending on the item. This doesn’t include natural wear and tear.

Anything that is hazardous or has a risk of causing damages, sparks, explosions, injuries, messiness, suffocation, or anything that is required to be mantled and dismantled in the studio is not permitted.

Under the Equality Act 2010, discrimination and/or any disrespect made to the studio staff, will result to you being asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund or rescheduling.
