Host rules

Bookings are for fixed time slots regardless of arrival time. Additional time is charged in 15-min increments at 1.5× the hourly rate.
The renter must ensure all participants are aware they may be recorded and that all necessary consents are obtained.
Any illegal, dangerous, abusive, defamatory, or harmful activity is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
The host reserves the right to stop or refuse service where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or puts equipment, property, or people at risk.
External equipment, large crews, or non-standard setups are not permitted unless agreed in advance in writing.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests and will be liable for repair or replacement costs.
Recordings are delivered at the end of the session directly to the client on their own storage device. The host does not retain copies of recordings after handover.
If WeTransfer is used as an add-on service, the renter is responsible for downloading files within 7 days of delivery. The host is not responsible for file loss after delivery.
The renter is responsible for ensuring all content recorded complies with laws, including copyright, licensing, and permissions for all participants and materials used.
The space is provided as a recording environment and reasonable care is taken to ensure it is prepared for use. However, as the space is located in a mixed-use high-rise building, occasional external or environmental noise, building activity, or interruptions may occur and do not constitute a fault in service or grounds for refund.
The renter is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for their production and activities.
CCTV operates in all common areas (not in bathrooms).
Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs may be charged where required.
