Perfect size, it seemed bigger than the picture. Lovely and bright for self tapes. Excellent value for money.
The fans provided didn’t seem to work correctly so got quite hot and finding it was a bit difficult but once I located the correct place it was fine. See attached photo for door. Previous people did leave some rubbish.

When you think of rehearsal and practice spaces/rooms - this is it.
It was clean, in good condition, had 2 fans, 4 chairs and even cleaning equipment.
I did however make one mistake; even though I was going to be the only person using the room, I originally tried to book the biggest room because I knew that for the task I had at hand, I would need the longest and widest space in combination. I was offered a different (smaller) room and I took it. What I should have done, is explain why one person would need the biggest room - but I didn't - my fault.
There are things you need to know...
*AS A FIRST TIME USER*
1. The place is run on codes.
To enter the building and enter your specific room, both codes will be sent to you. I clocked the code for the main entrance in the confirmation email message...I didn't know about needing a second for the actual room, but I'll get to that.
2. The building is 2 floors and full of rooms that have closed doors.
There are around 20-ish units (there could be a lot more) and there is no reception or receptionist, so make sure that your phone is fully charged so you can look at your codes or write them down.
3. In the confirmation message for a booked room, the instructions either ceases or gets cut off, so I entered the building (with no problem) but entered a building that has 2 floors and over 20 units and I didn't know which unit was mine - it wasn't in the messaging.
After wondering around, I eventually came to a unit where the occupiers had propped their door open and so I was able to ask them about a dance studio. They knew it was upstairs, but did not know the unit number. I went back upstairs and checked every door, until I got to unit 17 which had the title/logo of the dance venue on it and so I knew that this was the one...then I saw a keypad, I automatically entered the same code for the front door, no luck. I looked deeper at the confirmation message and saw a code below the messaging, this had to be it and it was.
Now I am not having a go at the management in any way, they were fast and efficient with the booking, but they might want to take a look at the confirmation message instructions.
More detail is needed - the two most important ones: that 2 codes will be issued to you for the reasons of entry of the building and room and the unit number of the room.
Other than that, I would reccommend.

Host was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions for access. Room was clean, included several fans and chairs, a few electrical outlets, and good natural light.
Poor ventillation. The windows are limited to only open ajar, and the room doesn't appear to be connected to the building's HVAC system. Not a problem in colder months, but summer time may be a problem. The fans do help.
