We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at this venue, and overall it was a lovely experience. The staff on the day were incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very convenient for guests travelling from different areas and the views from the terrace are beautiful, creating a special and memorable atmosphere. In summary, it’s a great venue with fantastic staff and a wonderful setting, but with some improvements in communication, food presentation, and drink service, it could be truly outstanding.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The sales team’s communication needs attention, as we received proposals with outdated prices and inconsistent menus during the planning process. While the food tasted nice, the portions were quite small and the presentation felt underwhelming. Additionally, the wine package seemed limited or perhaps the service was too slow, as our guests frequently had to request drinks during the meal.
