Kachette Arch 1 is a popular railway arch event space on Old Street in Shoreditch, East London. Venue features include exposed Victorian era brickwork, arched ceiling, industrial lighting truss, vintage wrought iron front door and gates and Kachette's trademark station clock.
The versatile dry hire venue is in a prime Shoreditch location, walking distance from Shoreditch High Street, Old Street and Liverpool Street underground stations. Hire Kachette's two Old Street billboards for increased event exposure.
Corporate events: Product launches, brand events, pop-ups, press launches, influencer events, sample sales, conferences, fashion launches, gaming, pitching sessions, AGM, activity day, cocktail competitions, awards, Christmas parties, drinks receptions, film shoots, and various corporate parties and events.
Private parties and weddings: Birthdays, bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, 16th birthday, 18th birthday, 30th birthday, 40th birthday, 50th birthday, various private parties and celebrations including Christmas and New Years Eve parties, private dining events and Kachette is a unique London wedding venue, licensed for civil ceremonies and receptions.
Public events: Art exhibitions, popups, markets, festivals and music, art or cultural events from 10am to midnight. Please note: Kachette is NOT licensed for club nights or ticketed live music events after midnight.
Kachette Arch 1, is a perfect space for intimate events and parties for up to 180 standing guests. For larger events, hire the whole venue which also includes the 1400 sq ft back room accommodating up to 115 seated or 330 standing guests across both rooms.
If a cancellation is submitted at least 30 days prior to the event, then the guest will receive a full refund.
If a cancellation is submitted less than 30 days but at least 7 days prior to the event, then a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total hire cost shall be payable to the venue.
If a cancellation is submitted less than 7 days prior to the event, then a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total hire cost shall be payable to the venue.
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date at no cost, up to 12 months from the original event date.

Rules of the space
50% of the hire fee is required to confirm the event along with a signed copy of the contract. The remaining 50% will be due to a month prior your event. Additionally 1 week prior to your event a £1,500 refundable damage waiver is taken along with any potential event specific venue associated additional costs. The waiver will be returned 7 to 10 days post the event. Security Personnel and Public liability are mandatory requirements.
