Design: The space presents painted brick end walls, a raw concrete floor and minimal industrial finishes under low, directional lighting, creating a pared-back, utilitarian appearance.
Features: The space includes a built-in PA system and speakers, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and it permits own music and external DJs. The floor is open and adaptable for bespoke layouts, and the arch is wheelchair accessible.
Ideal for: Creative teams and brand groups seeking a relaxed, social standing or mixed standing-and-seated gathering in an industrial, flexible setting.
What sets it apart: The arch can be opened through to neighbouring arches to create a larger contiguous hire area when required.

Host rules
50% of the hire fee is required to confirm the event along with a signed copy of the contract. The remaining 50% will be due to a month prior your event. Additionally 1 week prior to your event a £1,500 refundable damage waiver is taken along with any potential event specific venue associated additional costs. The waiver will be returned 7 to 10 days post the event. Security Personnel and Public liability are mandatory requirements.
Please note: Kachette is NOT licensed for club nights or ticketed live music events after midnight.
