About this space

Shad Indian is an Indian restaurant near Southwark serving Indian food to the people on Tooley Street. We offer the highest quality of home dining service in the community and are striving to do better. Indian food is very popular here and we can say so as we have served curry lovers.

Shad means taste. So, the restaurant draws inspiration from all the greatest tastes of India and our food varies according to local influences. These are characterised by exquisite aromas, glowing colours and earthy flavours. Though Indian food is not just limited to curry, it was a precious experience to suggest to our customer’s dishes that are non-curry yet authentically Indian. Popular for the purple ambience and interior, the restaurant is one of the best in the area and has won hearts with consistent quality and service.
