Victoria Micaela is the Bar Manager at Stables Bar, having been part of The Milestone since 2022. Her career in hospitality began 12 years ago, guided by a deep love for service and food, and driven by a desire to continually challenge herself. This curiosity and ambition led her to the world of mixology, which she regards as a space of absolute creativity. Our mixology team complements your event with an extensive drinks list, from inventive cocktails to a refined selection of wines, beers and spirits - the ideal pairing for relaxed, sociable dining.

The food and drinks were good, the room was clean and well-presented, good atmosphere, friendly greeting on arrival, host was pleasant
There were no glasses for water. I had to get one of my guests to get up, leave the room and ask for cups. I wasn't informed that there would be a limited menu. Also, the payment was confusing as we wanted to pay separately which I confirmed before the booking. I overheard the staff mentioning that they hadn't received payment even though we tried multiple times to find a staff member to take payment but there was no one around.
