Panelled with dark wood, sporting sophisticated leather and tartan-clad soft furnishings and paintings from Belgian sporting artist Elie Lambert, the Stables Bar provides a refined and comfortable setting. Adjacent to the bar, The Hideaway offers a candlelit setting for intimate gatherings, laid back dinners, or elegant private events. Victoria Micaela is the Bar Manager at Stables Bar, having been part of The Milestone since 2022. Her career in hospitality began 12 years ago, guided by a deep love for service and food, and driven by a desire to continually challenge herself. This curiosity and ambition led her to the world of mixology, which she regards as a space of absolute creativity. Our mixology team complements your event with an extensive drinks list, from inventive cocktails to a refined selection of wines, beers and spirits - the ideal pairing for relaxed, sociable dining.
The team's creative mixology skills are sure to make your time at the Stables Bar a true event, while an elevated bar menu from Executive Chef Daniel Putz provides mouthwatering moments, reimagining classic bar food with premium ingredients and a modern touch, served as small plates perfect for sharing.

Executive Chef Sam Saunders presents menus rooted in classic British fare, elevated with modern touches and the finest local produce. Our experienced events team will work closely with you to tailor every detail, ensuring a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Milestone Hotel offers a truly unique and charming setting for celebrating special moments.
This year, we are offering a flexible three course menu, consisting of bread and home-made butter to commence your dining experience, followed by a choice of three starters, four main courses and three desserts priced at £85 per person for lunch and £95 per person for dinner.
We kindly request a full pre-order of starters, main courses and desserts for all party attendees. If it is not possible to provide a pre-order, you are invited to choose one starter, one main course and one dessert for your entire party to enjoy, and our Executive Chef will accommodate your guests with allergies and dietary requirements separately.
