The food and drinks were good, the room was clean and well-presented, good atmosphere, friendly greeting on arrival, host was pleasant
There were no glasses for water. I had to get one of my guests to get up, leave the room and ask for cups. I wasn't informed that there would be a limited menu. Also, the payment was confusing as we wanted to pay separately which I confirmed before the booking. I overheard the staff mentioning that they hadn't received payment even though we tried multiple times to find a staff member to take payment but there was no one around.

We had an unforgettable and intimate wedding at The Milestone Hotel. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional — we always received quick responses and truly appreciated the care and flexibility that Emma showed in every interaction. The hotel itself is beautiful and cosy, exactly what we wanted for the kind of celebration we had in mind. Every single detail was perfectly taken care of, from the flowers and dinner to the beautiful bedroom. The service was five-star, and the staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure we and our guests had a wonderful time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
There’s really nothing to dislike — the only tiny downside was that the pool was a bit too cold when we tried to use it. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!
