Before and during the event the staff at the Novotel were very attentive and particular at the event we really felt that we were being looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always somebody available to answer any questions. Everything we needed as to hand. We would definitely use this venue again in the future. It's the best one so far that we have used.
