What made the experience seamless was the attention to detail by Esther Gordon, who was the most responsive, helpful event contact. The room was perfect for our needs, the AV seamless, the coffee break area great, coffee was great and having lunch in the restaurant was a nice break from the main conference room. The staff deserve a shout out for how helpful and attentive they were.
