The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, from setting up the music to ordering the food and drinks. Very good service!
We had checked if a birthday cake could be brought but I was notified that we could cut the cake but not serve it to guests which is really bizarre as this was not made clear anywhere.
I organized a Halloween event at Hide on October 28th 2021. Had a great experience, the team was really accommodating and helped me set up an hour before the guests started arriving. We had a private bar and a bouncer at the door as well (Hide is a private room), at the door we were given a different coloured wrist band. Great location as well.
Only issue was as we only had one private bar, it got a bit crowded and slow during peak hours.
Great venue, catered perfectly to our requirements. Food and drinks service was great, and the manager on hand was always available for any additional requests or to help out. Overall I thoroughly recommend Sway, hugely impressed with the value for a very affordable price.

Management were amazing. Extremely helpful, kept checking if we needed anything and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure our event ran smoothly.
Slight miscommunication regarding entry fee for my guests. However, management sorted it.
