About this space

Aft Deck is a private outdoor terrace on the Tattershall Castle, an open-air stern deck on a moored passenger ferry that delivers an authentic maritime setting for private gatherings.

Design: The deck presents timber decking, white-painted metal railings and a curved, open-plan layout that follows the boat's stern; the plan keeps the centre clear for circulation and socialising.

Features: The terrace provides fixed bench seating and freestanding tables, canvas parasols and a partially covered rear area, integrated PA speakers for music or announcements and venue Wi‑Fi for connectivity.

Ideal for: Groups seeking relaxed, social standing receptions and informal drinks in an open-air maritime setting will find this terrace suitable.

What sets it apart: On-deck QR ordering allows food and drinks to be sent straight to terrace tables, reducing trips to the bar and simplifying service for guests on the deck.

What guests say: The deck is lively and offers strong riverside sightlines. The space is supported by attentive, helpful staff and prompt service.
