About this space

The gallery is situated in the heart of the shopping capital of Europe, just a four-minute walk from Oxford Circus and a one-minute walk from Oxford Street, which boasts 170 million in foot traffic per year. Our gallery is a blank canvas dry hire space that can perfectly frame any type of popup.

Equipped with a track lighting system that can be fully adjusted to create a professional staging, the gallery also features a reception area at the back with a mini fridge. The frontage includes a floor-to-ceiling window, and for security, the gallery benefits from a remote-operated shutter system to keep all products safe overnight. Additionally, there are projector screening capabilities in the basement and two toilets on the property.

Yes, it is a blank canvas, and you can add installations and branding however you like, as long as the space is returned to its original condition at the end of the booking.

The venue has 30 folding chairs and four trestle tables available. Set-up and break-down must happen within the booking dates.
