All installations and de-installations must be arranged within the agreed hire period.
Any damages to the space or equipment will be charged to the hirer.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable, particularly during evening hours.
The hirer is responsible for supervising guests at all times.
Outside catering is permitted by prior agreement.
