Please contact us if you wish to cancel, postpone we will send you an email to confirm your cancellation and, if applicable, the appropriate refund due.
In the event of your cancellation or postponement of the booking the following cancellation terms will apply:
If the booking date is more than 90 calendar days after the date of signing the agreement, the signatory will have a right of withdrawal of 21 calendar days.
If the booking date is between 50 and 89 calendar days after the date of signing the agreement, the signatory shall have a right of withdrawal in within 7 calendar days.
If the booking date of the service is between 22 and 49 calendar days after the date of signing the agreement, the signatory shall have a right of withdrawal of 72 hours.
No withdrawal period will be allowed for any bookings where the date of completion of the service is less than 21 calendar days from the date of signature.
Bookings taking place in busy period of December will not fall under the cancelation policy. All bookings made for December are final and no refunds will be granted
You will also be responsible for reimbursing us for any special items requested by you and paid for by us as of the date of cancellation or postponement (including any penalty charges).
