I celebrated my 30th birthday party! amazing staff and support ! We were able to bring our own drinks and also buy at the bar. We brought our own food ! and because the venue was free before my event I was able to come 3 hours early to set up for free! Definitely will use this venue again! Location is perfect! Parking is free outside on weekends! Nice big open pace clean canvas to decorate however you want! Kwan and Junior are so kind and friendly! I hope they had a good time at my party too!

The space was perfect for my vision, both Kwan and Kevin were great with showing the space and assisting on the night. All the guests had a brilliant time and said the service was lovely. I’ll definitely be using this space again in future.

It would be useful if the venue had more chairs

Really amazing venue, very flexible, helpful and on the night made it extremely easy to focus on having a nice time! Kwan was really kind, did lots of cleaning and clearing throughout the night which was fantastic. Junior (the owner) was on the bar and was really nice and helpful during the night. We ordered food from the restaurant 2 doors down (Pizza Tribe) which worked really well. Good deal for the space and they were relaxed when we stayed a little longer than we had paid for. Thank you Kwan & Junior!

Could have been a bit more responsive in the lead up to the event but generally good at communicating! Some of the furniture could do with updating/replacing (poser tables). No one was on the door early on in the night which meant guests’ coats and bags were unattended and some strangers came in. They were quickly told to leave (by my mum!) but there was meant to be someone on the door the whole night.

Answered any questions I had. The event ran smoothly but there were some hiccups.

I was told there would be 3 staff at my event. There were actually only 2 but one of the staff was constantly elsewhere taking business calls. And the one left didn't know how anything in the venue works, so that unfortunately wasn't much help.
