Very poor communication
I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to book a hall for my father’s funeral reception at this venue. After sending multiple emails and making countless phone calls with no response, I eventually managed to reach someone from a different department (Eva), who helped me arrange a viewing for the hall. That was the only positive interaction I had. After the viewing, everything went downhill. I repeatedly asked for confirmation and invoices so I could put down a deposit as soon as possible, but I was met with silence. It was incredibly stressful, especially given the nature of the event. It felt like no one cared whether I booked the hall or not, despite it being a local space that should have been more accommodating and respectful. As a resident of this neighborhood for over 25 years, I expected much better service. The lack of responsiveness and the general indifference made me feel unwelcome and unsupported during an already difficult time. Unfortunately, I will never consider this venue for any future events, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
