This venue was excellent, clean and accommodating to our event. Victor was exceptionally attentive and kept the room stocked of food and drinks and everybody had brilliant words to say about him.

Nothing was an absolutely perfect venue and service provided.

Location and the look of the venue.

Didn't suit that well for our event due to the layout on the ground floor. Lower basement room would have been perfect.

The team at Chamberlain hotel were super helpful; everyone from the events manager to the staff on the day! I hosted my casino-themed birthday party at this event and everything went smoothly. The team on the day helped ensure everything ran smoothly and my guests were super happy. Team were also super accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions

Yes. The venue can provide two microphones connected to the central sound system for karaoke and speeches, but does not provide a karaoke machine.

Yes, clients are absolutely welcome to bring their own DJ.

Yes, external entertainment suppliers such as casino table and photo booth providers are permitted in the space.

No, there is some flexibility. The black and white sofa chairs and round table can be removed to create more space for standing, but the green sofa along the wall and black corner booth are wall-mounted and cannot be moved.
