Great space, easy contact with organisers, lots of bespoke options and great food/drink service on the day.
The DJ didn't flow our (carefully crafted) brief for the disco! Was frustrating and disappointing. Venue organisers helped resolve. Sound and tech check wasn't possible on the day as managers not around to help.
