About this space

Fresh and modern with a small kitchen. It is ideal for discussions, dinners, meetings, workshops, baby showers, training courses, art displays (we converted a former shop), etc. Our Lower Studio and ground front Display rooms are always hired together, and the hourly price includes both. Maximum: 30 chairs or 50-60 people standing.

Note: The availability calendar on this website is not the whole story. Be aware that we are in a residential area, so no loudspeakers, or noise after 11 pm. The quoted room hire fees do not include a separate, temporary damage/disturbance Bond which will be charged in addition, and returned afterward if all goes well. Which usually it does!

We are located in Furzedown/Tooting, in Wandsworth borough, and near Streatham.

It was an amazing venue. I absolutely loved my birthday celebration. The owners were so professional and lovely. The venue was stunning and so well kept. I highly recommend this to anyone that is having gathering!

The place and location is great. Close to supermarket as well! Just in case you’ve forgotten some stuff for your event. Good communication from the host. Place is easy to follow and easy to decorate.

It was a wonderful space, white and clean so easy to bring your own decorations and personalise the venue. We had roughly 40 people for a joint 70th and 30th birthday and everyone was very comfortable. No issues regarding parking and the guests were very interested to know this place existed! The instructions sent by James were very clear to understand. Thank you to the venue managers!

Fresh, modern venue for small-scale events, meetings, parties, courses. We converted a former shop, so there's a big display window—or if you want to be more discreet, simply draw the curtains. Lots of light, allowing for flexible use. Small kichen. We are in Wandsworth borough Tooting / Furzedown area and near to Streatham centre and the railway stations too. Free parking. Suitable for courses, yoga, dinners, company training sessions, baby showers, gender reveals, funeral wakes, well-behaved parties, art displays/gallery... Note we are in a residential neighbourhood so no noise or loud music after 11pm. Do look at our website for future availability, or ask for a time to come and visit!
