About this space

The spacious main hall is 14m x 9m with high vaulted ceilings, flooded with light and overlooking the river. The space is suitable for anything from drinks parties, dinners, memorials, baby showers, children's parties and yoga and exercise classes. It has also been used for film sets and company off-sites. There is a kitchen for caterers/tea/coffee and men's and ladies' cloak rooms. Guests must arrange their own catering and drinks. The building is not suitable for parties with loud music due to noise restrictions and all guests must leave by 11pm.

Host rules

Events must finish by 11pm. The organisers may stay later for cleaning up, but music must be turned off.
We do not allow 18th, 21st, Stag, or other type of loud party due to noise restrictions.
The premises must be left clean and tidy with all rubbish disposed of. If extra cleaning is required it will be charged.
No smoking or naked flames (candles, tea lights) in the building or on the open space at the top of the stairs.
If the event is during the day on a weekend, club members will require access to the changing rooms.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

the venue was spacious and well kept, Richard was incredibly prompt with his replies and very helpful! I would definitely recommend the venue to others.
I had an issue with playing my playlist on the speakers but in hindsight I should have called Richard to ask for his help.

From the first moment of getting in touch Richard was nothing but helpful and quick to respond. Likewise Brian who gave us a reccie before the actual date. The venue is charming, with a warm, friendly atmosphere and the location couldn’t be better. I shall be recommending Ranelagh to all my friends and would certainly use it again.
