We offer a whole venue buyout option offering a full coffee shop (1800 sqft) for your next event.

This space can hold up to 80 guests so you are welcome to invite all of your friends or colleagues for the birthday party celebration or a corporate function.

The coffee shop is regularly rented for private parties, exhibitions, corporate events, and other events.

Fantastic venue. Staff were very helpful and understanding of our project. Looking forward too coming back soon.

The venue manager was extremely helpful and offered us small plates, glasses, cutlery.

They didn’t have more than 20 flutes so you might need to bring your own for a larger event and also need to make sure you clean up and bring your rubbish bags up after your event is done but this not really a negative, it’s just like Airbnb.

Beautiful venue with nice antique decor Good location Most of the staff were really nice

-The toilet was not in good condition -We seemed to be rushed out even before the time we agreed maybe because the cafe was near closing

About Esquires Coffee Balham

Esquires Coffee Balham is a lovely coffee shop in Balham.

Possibility to rent either:
- Downstairs Lounge / Workshop Area (800 sqft) below coffee shop on weekdays for £20/hour or £90/day
- Upstairs Shop (1000 sqft) after 6pm any day for £20/hour
- Full coffee shop (1800 sqft) after 6pm any day for £30/hour
- Garden (700 sqft) all week for £20/hour or £90/day

Located in a high footfall area, close to the Balham tube and train station.

We can do private and public parties. We can close the coffee shop for you after 6pm.

Current furniture can be moved around.
