The venue manager was extremely helpful and offered us small plates, glasses, cutlery.
They didn’t have more than 20 flutes so you might need to bring your own for a larger event and also need to make sure you clean up and bring your rubbish bags up after your event is done but this not really a negative, it’s just like Airbnb.
