About this space

Outdoor Terrace is a Terrace in Boxpark Croydon, a semi-open, bench-seated urban terrace organised for communal, social dining and mingling.

Design: The terrace pairs industrial metal framing and clear roofing with long timber bench tables, artificial-grass flooring and bold graphic signage; the plan is long and linear and visually open to its surroundings.

Features: The terrace provides a PA system and speakers and allows own music or a hired DJ; a cleared area can serve as a small dancefloor, and the space includes picnic-style benches and bar-height counters for casual serving.

Ideal for: Informal social groups and friends seeking a relaxed, mixed seated-and-standing gathering with music and mingling.

What sets it apart: An overhead planted canopy creates a sheltered, garden-like screen above the seating.

What guests say: The terrace has a buzzing, open and friendly atmosphere.
