Communication with the team before was fantastic, the location was brilliant and very accommodating to allow us to bring our equipment up. We were able to use the loading bay and goods lift to bring everything up. The staff inside the location were brilliant also, thoroughly recommend.

Poor communication

Far too slow. Hours and sometimes days between replies. In the future I will book elsewhere. I don't want to be spend a week trying to book a room for a meeting. Everything else hinged around the location of this meeting. So to book what should be a simple trip, it has taken me nearly 5 days. This is ridiculous.
