Right in the heart of Covent Garden, the ground-floor main restaurant at Le Bab is a bright, light-filled event space built around an open-fire kitchen. With completely flexible floor plans and floods of natural light by day, it's one of the most versatile private hire venues in WC2 — equally at home hosting a polished corporate function, an intimate private dinner or a lively evening drinks reception.

The space holds 50 seated or 120 standing and is available from 12pm to midnight, with extensions to 3am on request. A full alcohol licence, in-house AV and lighting, and DJ or Spotify setup make it a ready-made venue for private dining, birthdays, networking events, Christmas parties, product launches and brand activations in central London.

Need more room? The main restaurant can be combined with The Terrace (an alfresco Covent Garden setting, +70 standing) or The Lounge (our standout event space with the iconic Kebab Queen shutter as a focal point, +120–200 standing) to scale up for larger parties, wedding receptions and full venue takeovers of up to 400 guests.

Everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and the team was professional, friendly and set up the most amazing spread for us. Even before the event, they worked with me and did their best to create the perfect menu for our group. Hosted by work Christmas do - I hate planning these kinds of things, but Imogen made it quick and easy! The team onsite were great and took care of everything. We started with a drinks reception, seated dinner and then the team seamlessly flipped the space for a party setup.
