Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests and to fairly manage table availability during busy trading periods, we kindly ask that all reservations adhere to the following terms. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
Group Bookings (6–25 Guests)
A pre-authorisation of £10 per guest is required to secure the booking. No payment will be taken unless the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking or the party fails to attend without prior notice (a no-show).
Large Group Bookings (26+ Guests)
Bookings of 26 guests or more require a deposit and may be subject to a minimum spend. Deposit amounts, payment schedules, cancellation terms and minimum spend requirements will be agreed at the time of booking.
Private Space Hire
Private hire bookings are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking, including deposits, minimum spend, payment schedules and cancellation policy.
Booking Amendments & Late Arrivals
Please notify us of any changes to your booking as soon as possible. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time. If we have not been contacted within this period, we reserve the right to release the table.
Guest Information
Any applicable deposit will be deducted from the final bill unless otherwise agreed. External food, drink and decorations require prior approval. Please inform us of any dietary requirements before your visit. While every effort is made to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Dress Code & Conduct
Our dress code is smart casual. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone whose behaviour, level of intoxication or attire is deemed inappropriate, or who may compromise the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other guests.
Management reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where necessary for operational, licensing or health and safety reasons.
