Super friendly staff who communicated well, helped me with my requests and assisted in setting up the venue for our wedding - they have really well kept cutlery and with the right decor choices, the hall looks stunning, especially during the day in natural lighting. They also have some fun up-lights which look great in the evening. Clean up at the end is included which is great. Flexible with timings on request. Overall a wonderful and beautiful choice of venue for my intimate event. Thanks very much to Natalia, Laura and Syed for all the help! x
Things (not necessarily negative) to bare in mind: - limited parking, so vendors have to be rotated/staggered - the sound system/mic stopped working a few times during the event - small, slow lift to access the hall on the 3rd floor - no segregated toilets

Consistent communication with Natalia from start to finish, she helped bring my day together along with her team. The bar staff was great, very efficient and friendly. Very helpful indeed. Loved the layout of the hall worked well with my colour scheme, and loved the lighting. Would definitely use again
The unisex toilet was a small issue not a major, there was separate toilets but one communal area. But that not a major

Yes, clients are welcome to bring their own DJ.

No, the venue provides Bluetooth speakers, but no full sound system.

Yes. DJs must not play music at maximum volume because sound will travel through the hotel and cause complaints. They may come before the event, if the Gallery is free, to test the permitted sound levels.

No. Staff are not provided to help set up events; the venue only assists with specific table and chair layouts.

The venue has fairy lights, LED lights around the ceiling and artificial lighting installed in the gallery. The fairy lights are set on a specific wall by default.
