Overtime is just £40 an hour. All prices include weekends and we do not charge VAT.

North 17 Studios is a self managed space which means the hirer is responsible for the safety of all members of their team within the space during their term of hire as well as for the safe usage and return of all fittings and equipment provided as part of hire. The space should be left clean and tidy after use.
The hirer is solely responsible for the safe and proper use of all electrical and non electrical tools and appliances within the space. This includes ensuing that the hirer and and persons they bring into the studio are covered by liability insurance.
It is the hirers responsibility to manage the usage of the studio and oversee the safety of their team and any other people staying in the studio during their term of hire.
The hirer is responsible for managing all persons entering the studio during their term of hire and not to permit entry to unknown persons.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all persons entering and using the studio during their term of hire follow correct heath and safety procedure and that all members handling lighting and electronic equipment are trained to do so safely and without causing risk to themselves or others.
The hirer is solely responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture or fittings that occurs under their term of hire and North 17 Studios reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.
North 17 Studios operate a strict no smoking policy within the building and we do not allow any lit candles, naked flames, smoke grenades, pigmented smoke or paint bombs to be used anywhere in the building. The use of smoke and fog machines is allowed as long as it is liquid based and usage has been cleared with a member of staff at North 17 Studios beforehand.
North 17 Studios requires the hirer to manage the behaviour of guests and ensure that they and their team leave the building in an orderly and timely fashion
