I hired the Balcony Room for my 30th and had the best experience. The views and location were surreal. The communication was excellent- speedy, friendly and super informative. The welcome from the team who was helping out on the night could not have been better - so attentive, thoughtful and generous with their time. The set up was efficient and it felt like I was in safe hands. Cannot thank the team and support enough for making it such an excellent night.
Everything was great, but would’ve liked to have done a tasting of the food before the event, as some of them were not to my liking and could’ve saved my budget.

The location is iconic with views of the river and St Paul’s. Happily the standard of service and the quality of the food matched this. The staff went the extra mile, particularly with the children, and every course was on point and delicious.

Had my 50th birthday, 70 guests.. The evrnt ran like clockwork thanks to the planning and attention to detail by the event team at the venue. Service was excellent and value for money in the round was good given premium location of the venue.
I thought the food tasting wasn't to size in some cases so I underestimated the quantities to order.
