A long, semi-private studio under a high pitched roof with exposed rafters. A bare brick side wall and smooth painted concrete floor create a neutral industrial backdrop; skylights provide overhead daylight while full-height black curtains allow effective blackout.

Room features: Onsite backdrops and photo equipment enable immediate stills setups. PA speakers, video equipment, Wi‑Fi and storage space provide playback, basic motion support and kit storage during shoots.

Best for: Catalogue and portrait photography, short-form video production and small-scale test shoots.
