Fantastic venue. The team at the Angel were all so accommodating and a great help on the evening of my partners 30th. Food was fantastic and went down so well with our guests. Would highly recommend if you are considering using this space for a birthday or celebration!

The staff were really kind and helpful. They let us decorate the room which we really appreciated and also leave things overnight to collect them in the morning which was so helpful. The food was tasty and got rave reviews from everyone at the party.
Really small thing but it was hard to connect to the screens if you didn’t have a windows computer

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We were able to enter the space an hour before our booking which was extremely helpful, they printed signs and things for us and allowed us to store and serve our own cake. We were celebrating our wedding which had happened earlier in the year and the space, along with the staff, helped to make it a very special celebration indeed.

FAQ

Yes, DJs are permitted, but only with whole-venue hire rather than hire of one floor (The Shoreditch Lounge).

Yes, two 60-inch TV screens are available, and a portable speaker with microphone(s) can also be provided if needed.

No, the tables cannot be completely removed, but many of them can be shortened so there should be space for all guests.

Private hire includes an upstairs bar, exclusive access to the private upstairs toilet, and use of two 65-inch screens. Music can be played through the speakers via Bluetooth.

Bookings before opening time cannot be accepted at short notice, as they require more notice to organise.
