About this space

The Coffee Room is a Dining Room in a private members' club characterised by a formal clubroom ambience and portrait-adorned walls.

Design: The room presents deep red wall coverings, patterned carpet and mahogany-framed dining chairs arranged around linen-draped round tables. The proportions feel formal, with high ceilings that give the space a sense of scale.

Features: The Coffee Room includes a PA system with speakers and permits own music and external DJs, allowing a sound setup for speeches or a DJ-led reception. The room also provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, wheelchair access and accessible toilets, and it supports a cleared area for dancing when required.

Ideal for: Private members' dining groups seeking a formal, seated dinner in a traditional clubroom setting.

What sets it apart: Original gilded plaster ceilings and large crystal chandeliers remain intact, supplying a striking historic focal point above the dining area.

What guests say: The space is timeless and formally elegant, with a well-preserved historic interior. The room's service is attentive and the atmosphere is consistently warm and inviting.
