The Ironmongers’ Hall is located right in the heart of the City of London, adjacent to the Barbican and the Museum of London. Combining a rich history and modern facilities, the Hall is ideal for organising meetings, conferences, seminars and also banquets, private lunches/dinners, celebrations and one-of-a-kind weddings.
Open on weekdays and Saturdays, it offers 4 stunning rooms on two levels, all with flexible set-up arrangements, which will be tailored to your requirements.
We always offer availability and hire per floor, in order to guarantee your event a private and successful environment. Our rates also include complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests, a self-service cloakroom and security on duty at the main gate.
The entire Hall can also be booked exclusively every day of the week.
The impressive Banqueting Hall is located on the first floor alongside to the Drawing Room, which is ideal for the catering during conferences or for a drinks reception on arrival prior to a dinner.
From 20 guests to 160 guests, the Banqueting Hall can accommodate delicious seated lunches and dinners on round tables, U-shape or E-shape set up. Alternatively, we can host up to 230 guests standing for receptions or exhibitions for instance, always with plenty of natural daylight, efficient air conditioning and heating.
The Banqueting Hall is also ideal for conferences, meetings and seminars, welcoming up to 160 Theatre style with some AV equipment such as a stage and/or a projector and screen.

Please note that our venue is only available for exclusive hire on weekend dates, this starts from £15,000, and includes venue hire and a catering fee.

FAQ
No; staging can be removed, along with the screen/projector and most of the furniture, with no problem.
Guests can enjoy reception drinks in the Drawing Room before moving to the Banqueting Hall for dinner. Cake cutting and coffee can then take place in the Drawing Room while the Banqueting Hall is reset for dancing.
