Quiet, clean room. Notepads and pens provided. Helpful service revived when making booking.
Being charged almost £100 for extra water we did not request or require. Things thrown away from peoples seats while some were at break. Signage in a corner half turned the wrong way so not visible.

This was the perfect venue for my sisters hen party. We had a fabulous long lunch and everything was perfect! Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could with our event, thanks to the staff at The Mandeville Hotel. We had a break midway through, during which they ensured all light refreshments were topped up. Raquel and her team were always available during the day, yet also enabled us to carry out our event without any interference whatsoever. Our guests commented on how nice the space was, too. All things considered, highly recommended!
