For the Cocktail Bar Tables for 50 guests, the Downstairs Cocktail Bar for 60 guests, the Entire Ground Floor for 100 guests, the Entire Venue for 160 guests the cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

For the Window Tables for 20 guests and the Green Sofa for 30 guests the following cancellation policy apples -

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

The staff were very professional. The venue was perfect for our gathering and as our reserved area was close to the door, it was lovely for guests to be able to sit outside without being distanced from the rest of the group. Myself and my husband went to Lockes Bar on Friday evening just to check everything was in order for our reservation and Will and his team were very friendly and assured us that everything was in order.

There was nothing to dislike about the venue.

No, the team needs to stay in control of the music. LOCKES has an outstanding sound system and years of experience curating music for any occasion, so guests cannot play their own music or bring their own DJ.

Yes, the outside terrace is available when the weather is good, but it cannot be booked exclusively and is shared with other guests.
